CYBER CRIME TASK FORCE (CCTF)

If you are a victim of a Cyber Crime or you have information about a Cyber Crime perpetrator, we encourage you to contact the CYBER CRIME TASK FORCE immediately.

In my case, one or more individuals, hiding their name behind a Blog on the Internet, used my identity, my name, my picture and copyright information from www.belizea.com, a website owned by Mayan Plantation Limited, without authorization and in a premeditated effort to cause irreparable injury to the company, its affiliates, its shareholders, my family and me personally.

Identity Theft, Distribution of false & defamatory Information on the Internet in an attempt to assassinate some one's character, good name and credit, to gain financial advantage or to cause injury, are violation of criminal and/or civil laws and are referred to as Cyber Crimes.

At this time, numerous laws are being written and enacted throughout the United States and in many Countries worldwide, to curb Cyber Crimes and in an effort to bring Internet predators to justice.

We refused to be part of a growing statistic of Cyber Crime victims.

As a first step, I asked Frederick Coward, Jr. President of Investigation Services International (ISI) to assist me and our company in our efforts to fight back. His experience as a former Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Legal Attaché at various U.S. Embassies proves to be very valuable.

After completion of his initial review of the defaming and injurious Blog, we filed a detailed Report with the Cyber Crime Department of the FBI in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Subsequently we engaged Criminal and Civil Litigation Attorneys to review the Blog, establish the process and a litigation strategy to sucessfully obtain the necessary court orders and / or judgments against the perpetrator(s) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

Cyber Crime Perpetrators can no longer hide their identity behind Blogs and may face not only criminal prosecution, they also face claims for significant damages and punitive damages.

Realizing the immense need for a quick and effective team, consisting of investigators, computer wizards, attorneys and other highly trained operators, after consultation with Frederick Coward, Jr., I made the decision to create a "CYBER CRIME TASK FORCE," to bring Cyber Crime perpetrators to justice.

Frederick Coward, Jr. is a Member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the World Association of Detectives (W.A.D.), NCSS, INTELLENET and Detectives.com.
